Return Eligibility:
Our policy lasts for 2 days from the date of delivery. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Additionally, a valid reason for the return must be provided.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
To initiate a return, we require a video recording of the unboxing process. This video will help us verify the condition of the product upon arrival and assist in processing your return smoothly.
